Ingredients
- Basmati rice 250 gm,
- ghee 2 tbsp,
- cardamom 4 tsp,
- cinnamon 2 pieces,
- cloves 6 cloves and nutmeg powder 1 tsp.
- Paneer 100 gm,
- cashew nuts 10 gm,
- peeled almonds 10 gm,
- raisins 10 gm,
- sugar 1 tsp,
- white pepper powder 1 tsp,
- bay leaves 2 tow, rose water little,
- salt and sweet as needed.
Process
Wash basmati rice well and dry it. Now cut the cheese into small pieces. And fry the cheese lightly. Roast cashew nuts, peeled almonds and raisins.
Now put a pot on gas and add ghee, hot spices and bay leaves to boil. Then mix it well with washed dry Basmati rice and add enough salt and sweet. Now pour enough water (twice the amount of rice) on the pot.
When the rice is slightly cooked, mix it well with fried paneer pieces, cashews, almonds and raisins. Mix well with white pepper powder, jaitri and nutmeg powder and a spoon of ghee and sprinkle a little rose water and keep it simmering for some time.
Now open the cap and shake it well, pour it in a bowl and garnish it with grated paneer, cashews, raisins and serve white polao.
