Ingredients
- Fish 250 gm,
- red vegetables finely chopped 250 gm,

- turmeric powder 1 ½ tsp whole dry chillies 2 tsp mustard oil as required,
- small pumpkin Cut into pieces 200 gm,
- potato cut into two pieces, 1 bay leaf,
- sugar ¼ teaspoon.
How to cook?
Wash and clean the fish. Heat mustard oil and fry the fish until golden. Now add panchphodan, bay leaf and whole dry chilli in that oil and fry potato and pumpkin well with raw chilli.
Add the vegetables with salt, turmeric and sugar at the end. Keep stirring and reduce the heat. Then cover it. When the vegetables are cooked, mix with the fried fish. When the water dries up, take it down.
