Ingredints
- Chicken 200gm.
- Cashew paste 2 tsp,
- Hot spices ½ tsp,
- Ginger shoots 2 tsp,
- White pepper powder ½ tsp,
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp, Egg 1,
- Cheese 500 gm,
- Chattu paste 2 tsp,
- Salt to taste ,
- chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp
How to cook
Wash the chicken. Make a paste of all the spices and apply it on the chicken and keep it for half an hour.
Mix the rest of the spices with chatu and make a paste. Now rub it in the chicken. Then cook kajubata in tandoor oven for 10 minutes.
When the chicken gets brown, take it out and brush it with a little oil. Then cook again for ten minutes. Now mix eggs and coriander leaves with cheese to make a thick batter.
Take the chicken out of the tandoor and give it this coating. Cook again in tandoor for 5 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, serve it hot.
