Spinach Chicken
Ingredients
- Spinach 250 gm, Chicken 500 gm,
- Kasuri Methi 2 tsp,
- Whole Garam Masala 5gm,
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp,
- Chilli powder 1 tsp, Chilli powder 1 tsp,
- Curd 100 gm, Tomato chopped 2 toes,
- Onion chopped 2 toes ,
- ginger garlic paste 1 tsp,
- white oil 5 tsp, ghee 3 tsp,
- coriander cumin powder 2 tsp,
- hot spice powder ½ tsp, fresh cream 2 tsp,
- whole hot spice 5 gm,
- coriander leaves chopped ½ cup.
How to cook?
First, wash the chicken well. Then marinate it with salt, dry chillies, a little fenugreek. Boil spinach and coriander leaves together and make a puree.
Now whisk sour curd, salt, turmeric powder, dry chilli powder well in a bowl. Heat oil and ghee in a pan, add whole garam masala and stir fry chopped onions. Now continue grinding with ginger garlic paste.
Add chopped tomatoes, keep stirring, this time keep stirring with chicken. Keep eating sour yogurt. Reduce the heat and cook and grind the rest of the kasuri methi.
Cover and cook. Mix the spinach puree with the cover and grind it well. Cover again. After a while open the lid and see if the chicken is cooked or not. When the chicken is cooked and the gravy is spread, remove it. Spread fresh cream on top.
