Ingredients
- Chicken 500 gm,
- Fenugreek greens 500 gm,
- Salt to taste,
- Turmeric powder little,
- Dry chilli powder ½ tsp,
- Coriander powder 2 tsp,
- Cardamom 1 big,
- Cardamom 4 small,
- Cinnamon 2 inch,
- Jaitri ½ tsp,
- Sour curd 1 cup,
- white oil 50 ml,
- ghee 50 gm,
- fresh cream 1 cup,
- chopped chilli 3 tsp,
- ginger garlic paste 2 tsp,
- onion paste 4 tsp,
- ginger julienned 1 tsp,
- raw chilli paste 4 tsp.
How to cook?
- Wash the fenugreek leaves well.
- Add some salt to it.
- Wash the chicken well.
- Put sour curd, salt, turmeric, dry chilli powder, raw chilli paste, coriander powder, little ghee and keep it for 1 hour.
- Now heat the oil and ghee in a pan, add all the spices and keep adding the onion batter.
- Stir for a while and grind the ginger garlic paste. Now reduce the heat and cover with fenugreek leaves, salt and pepper.
- After some time, open the lid and see if the chicken is cooked. When it is boiled add julienned ginger after stirring a little more with fresh cream. Reduce to a simmer.
