This is a Great Indian recipe mainly seen in Kolkata peoples. And also a delicious recipe.
Ingredients : –
- 500 grams of chicken
- Onions 100 grams
- Tomato 50 grams
- 5 grams of hot spice
- Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder 1 teaspoon
- Ghee 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- A little amount of sugar
- 150 grams of mustard oil
- Bay leaves 5 pieces
- Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
- Kashmiri chili 1 teaspoon
- Ginger paste 2 teaspoon
- Garlic paste 2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 2 teaspoon
Process : –
Give oil in a pot and condiment with hot spices, papper and bay leaves.
Then add the cutted onions in the pan and fry it until it gets light red color.
Then put all the left ingredients including salt, chicken, ginger and garlic pastes and fry it well.
Add some water and cover it.
Boil it until the chickens gets boiled well.
Add ghee and pappercorn and make it gravy.Now serve it hot.
